Our teams include senior experts in the customer and CRM area who have intensive knowledge in customer care service design and development.

Kafein is partnering with most popular BI product companies and have competence in their BI products. We have been delivering BI projects and providing support to our partners/customers for their BI projects since 2007.

Datawarehouse

Kafein teams have been involved in various datawarehouse projects in telecoms and banking domain including large telecom and banks in the region.Our 25 DWH experts are capable of delivering turnkey DWH projects including data mart, DWH design, ETL process design. We have delivered until now various DWH implementation and extension projects in our competence domains.

Data Migration

Data Migration is the key differentiator of Kafein. We have long years of Data Migration experience especially in Billing & Charging area which contributes Billing & charging projects significantly. The foundation team of Kafein team was mainly formed by Data Migration experts who have delivered several Data Migration projects in Billing & Charging area.

Kafein holds today around 20 Data Migration experts who have participated in several projects in Telecom & Banking including challenging projects from Turkcell, AVEA Turkey, Wind Greece, Vakifbank, Orange, Azercell, T-Mobile. All our experts have extensive Oracle knowledge and capable of doing additional performance analysis on Oracle databases.

Core Banking

Kafein teams consist of 30 banking domain experts who are involved in various banking and finance projects especially in the area of core banking.Our experts have more than 10 years of banking experience in core banking field and delivering services, projects to large Turkish banks.

Testing

Kafein offers testing services to customers in Telecommunication and Finance sectors. The testing activities are offered within the projects. Please refer to our testing references in the References documents.
